first let me begin by saying HAPPY CANADA DAY!

i have definitely been home for like three days now. sorry i havent updated but ive been trying to enjoy home for a while. North Carolina was great and i surely have stories to tell. my room looks a mess ad i been tryin to clean it up for days. its not working. this summer im going to try to give all the clothes i dont wear to charity. i have a lot of stuff that is just taking up space. next year i will be off to college and that stuff will then be pointless soooo, kudos to me.

while on this family reunion of mine, i had a lot of fun. i went to a club for the first time and i met a new cuzin of mine named Dame. Shout out to Geno and club 935...and the dumb officer who gave 17 year olds the directions to said club lol [tee hee]

my cuzin Gina is like my partner in crime.

but antyway* my song of the week will be Trey Songz with Wonder Woman. i will continue listening to his new mixtape Anticipation while on my way to sleep. ill post more abt the trip tomorrow, my eyelids are getting heavy

im extremely sleepy but i couldnt go without posting today. i had a really good day too. today was this ceremony we have at my high school where the seniors are finally done and they declare the juniors officially seniors. its called "the passing of the flags." they roll up the class of 2009 flag and gracefully and beautifully roll down the class of 2010 flag. ima a junior...well senior now and it was so live in that auditorium. i've have never seen so much school/class spirit in my three years of going there. we had a blast.

as you might remember, we have some really dope graffiti artists in my school and i know our flag looks sexy. so please enjoy.

School gets out on Friday and i have one more major project left. i been so busy that i dont even really get to read MY favorite blogs. so please just bare with me. summer is almost here and i cant effin wait any longer.

i do however have some good news. my picture is in the mall and i just got a scholarship to this dance camp i auditioned for a while back. im very proud of myself so im just gonna toot my own horn a little. =] so now my life will be like a highschool musical or camp rock or sumthin. lol

i had some deep conversations .......[flex is funny as hell]....but anyway, i had some deep convo with ppl like Will trying to get into the show yesterday. he gave me some hope and some good insight on the industry. what i got out of it was that its not always wat it seems to be in pictuers and articles. when it comes to the industry, a lot of things are for show. and you cant trust everyone no matter who they are and how big their name is. i have the utmost respect for Will because he didnt have to answer me. He really cares abouts fans even tho he doesnt believe he has any lol

my ring dance is coming up this friday. a ring dance is like a prom for juniors. im extremely broke an di guess im just going to "wing it" as they say. i have a dress but no shoesto wear it with. i can tget my hair or nails done so im going to have to get very creative.

i have just been inducted into thee .....spanish national honor society? [just in case you didnt know, im black] but i guess i can speak it good enough. i found out i did wonderful on this big test i took last year. the bad part about all this is that i have to get ready for my SAT which is June 6th and i havent even began to study.

i also forgot to mention i won a date with
Michael Jai White. MAYBE you have seen him in movies, and maybe you havent but im excited. bad part of this is I LOOK A MESS.

i cant think of anything else big right now. i do however have to finish chemistry and wash my hair.

oh yea. i hope i find 20 dollars to go see drake in New Haven on June 4th. im gonna be real bummed if i dont. this is the closest this man is ever gonna get to me.

as i was saying, i had a good last couple of days so i decided to elaborate a little more on that and maybe you'll find out what gets my clock ticking a little better. the simplest things clear my head and can turn my mood upside down.

like the day my chemistry class made ice cream outside.

or like the day where i missed the bus so i decided to sit in on my twins lacrosse practice. even bad things can turn into good things. i made a lot of new friends that day, got a little work out, and even joined a writing club. This day was full of laughs and games. we played everything you can think of.

sometimes i just sit and enjoy the weather by myself. If im with too many ppl, sometimes that can be an overkill of happiness and it reverses to sadness. i never knew how brown my hair really was til then.

i dont know what today holds for me. i might go to a cookout later but first i have to wash. see ya ; ]

i cant sleep right now. its 12:56am in CT and im by myself. i hope you've enjoyed ,my first two songs of the week and i decided to post them on sunday sfrom now on. the last couple days have been good ones. i've been taking a lot of pictures which make me feel good in a sense and so hope you like the featured ones lol.

im thinking about starting a portfolio for myself. there might be some pictures of me but i mostly like obscene things that ppl dont see everyday. the weather is getting beautiful here, thank god. i was sick of being sick and cold all the time. the thing is that now i might have an infection or something in my right gum. or my wisdom tooth could be growing in, i dont know but it hurts. and i dont think i'll be going to the dentist anytime soon. times are hard lol. all i can ask is that you pray for me =]

i have had a pick me up lately. i have a lot to blog about. i got some wordz of encouragement from some followerz and i just wanna say thank you. but now im going to kick off my weekly song where i pick a song of the week that im bumpin to so you ppl could get a feel of what im listening to and how i feel for the moment. my music usually affects my mood so the song of this week would have to be Ego Remix by Beyonce and Kanye West.

this song had to really grow on me. i didnt like it at first but now i have been singing it for three days now so.....thats what it is.

today was actually an interesting day. i never usually watch movies at home because they take up most of my time. when i watch one i have to watch them all! but i just got finished watching DO THE RIGHT THING: great movie.

my pregnito friend had a false alarm too and that was the most excitement i had all week. lol

i hope this baby comes around my birthday....(which is in 5 dayz by the way.)
i will finally be 17. i kinda already feel 17 though. you know how you just have a birthday, and when ppl ask you how old you are you still say the old age? lol like i remember turning 16 and still saying 15 if anyone asked. but lately ive already been saying 17. it must be anticipated i guess.

it was so beautiful outside. maybe spring has finally kicked in in connecticut. hope toronto has the same luck because we usually have the same weather. but anyway, i just discovered that i havent been checking my emails as much as i should and i have not been publishing your comments. well all that has changed. the sun has been out for the last couple of dayz now and its beautiful outside. this means tat i hate staying in school even more now. lately i have been feeling some kinda way about what i am going to do with the rest of my life. everyone around me seems to have everything in order: they know where they wanna go and what they wanna do but i have no clue. i was set on going to school in toronto but i been feelin kinda nervous these last couple of weeks.

i have been meeting all these new ppl and they ask me if i already have plans and i hate saying no. it kills me that i might be leaving my home in a year with no concrete goals. one thing i do know about myself is that it is not easy for me to make big decisions because i change my mind a lot. my cons always overwrite my pros in situations and i wish it wasnt like that. if there's anybody who can make sense of this situation for me, i would really appreciate it.

preparing myself to ride a plane for the first time in years. slowing getting my things together. i ask that i just stay in pplz prayers. i cant wait to get there. its supposed to be like a two hour plane ride soo. hopefully i sleep thru it all.

as you can see i decided to take a break but i think its time to get bak to work before i end up in florida with no charger or sumthing. im dissappointed that my friend reese cant go anymore. she got pregnant all of a sudden and had to cancel. this pic was so funny. we were in church and she said she could zip her coat up that morning, bu tby the end it was another story lol

but anyway, i was excited today to find out that drake was voted the number one new artist of 2009 =]

other than that i had a very upsetting day but i cant complain. hopefully tomarro i will be in paradise. i'll come bak with some new pics to post a a great tan.

good news: i found another hobbie! / bad news: that wont help me pick a future.

for my first time, it wasnt that bad. it was nothing like i thought it wud be. i was with some artists doing a backdrop for this play at school and we went to work!

Day 1:

i was a little scared that i wud mess it up so my teacher Ms. Church [she'z dope] told me that i shud start small, with sumthin basic...and this was the first thing that popped in my head. he'z alright lol i named him fred. he had to be on the bak of the canvas.

now for this one i started to ease out a little bit and try different tips. that was ok

during this project i worked with some cool dudes who really wanna do this for life. shouts to Serg Esco, JB, and most of all Josh who were mainly tellin me to suck it up and get my handz dirty. lol

Day 2:

i was more amped and ideas were flowing thru my head all night about wat i shud do. i probably annoyed Ms. Church all day cuz i kept askin wen we were goin in there.

at this point, this is wat the wall probably looked like. we had to color over all the stupid stuff the drama kids put over the day before. my partner juleono is a character. he made sure ohio wasnt left out of the equation.

everybody knows one of my favorite and most frequently used wordz iz DOPE so i had to do a tribute to the 80'z and take it bak (just barely missed it]

Long time no talk to but i gotta lot to fill yu in on so brace yurselves =). for right now im just gonna put everything in one big list and separate things piece by piece with pics to follow:

1.) yesterday it snowd on the first day of spring!

2.) for some strange reason the news was at my school yesterday

3.) will from day 26 came to host our talent show

4.) i went to a party last nite and it got shut down by the cops [nuthing new]

8.) my trip to florida for spring break has been confirmed

this was supposed to be posted yesterday, as in an hour ago...but i was lolly gagging and kinda forgot. but anyway i had the most amazing dream while i was taking a nap today [3/9/09] about what i dont know.

all i know is me and my mother were at a canadian airport for sum reason r another but we didnt have a way to where we were going. so this beautiful white benz pulls up and i see will (photo will) driving, my stomach sort of gets butterflyz. you know how dreams feel so real like ur right there. i hate to wake up after those feelings. but like i was saying, they pull over and i see drake in the passenger seat. i tried and succeeded to keep my composure but it was hard. i started stuttering and getting really nervous. so they let us in this car and it is HUGE on the inside.

next i see t-rexx (remix) and oliver (OVO) but sumhow drake and t-rexx have switched places so drake is in the back with me and my mom (dreamz right) so i build up enough strength to ask him for a picture and he says yes. so everyone squeezez together to take a flick on will's camera, but remember that he'z driving so im wondering how his hands are NOT on the wheel yet we're still moving smooth. and they tell me its in autodrive....like a plane on auto pilot.(futuristic ish)

so everybody's laughin and havin a good time and drake asks me where to. and i say we have no place to stay so he offers me a hotel room for me and my mom and t-rexx sayz since drizzy is feeling so generous he wanted pay for a night out on the town (toronto). and i say i'd rather one of those 1 love T.O shirts lol.

he laughs and agrees. they were impressed how much i knew abt T.O even though being from the states, then my dream jumped to them inviting me to kinda party with them. drake gave me a whole new persona for the trip like, "your gonna be 19 if anyone asks no matter what!" so of course i go with the flow and they get me in one of the guvernment clubs no questions asked. = ] all smiles over here. i dance, someone passes a drink my way and will comes with his camera. so i take the picture with the glass in my hand with my pinky finger in the air on accident. then i woke up =[.

i got up inspired to create a clothing line called pinky's up if i ever make it big. it most certainly wouldnt be my first venture but im throwing it on the list. lol

time for change. the sun stayz out longer. more time for me to be happy. less electricity wasted. im almost 17 so its also time to finish plannin thee party. i cant wait til i can put the jackets away and just walk with short sleeve shrits again. i think we have the same weather as in toronto. so ive heard. people alwayz warn me how cold it is up there when i mention going. its actually not that different from here. i cant wait to call that place home.

im goin in to my third month of doing this blogging thing and im really enjoying it. i am in no denial that i most definitely need to step my game up but im proud that i have did it this long. my goal is to be international by 2010 lol. and it is possible. i was reading photo will and Bryan E.'s blogs and they really inspired me to keep doing my thing and have hope. i know for a fact im dope and im gonna let the whole world know. (coolest kid out baby word to chuck inglish lol) - drake. mabey im in over my head but hey, what have i got to lose. i mean gosh, i do everything....dance, act, model, photography, art. i gotta progress in sumthin.

i've been a little ill. still have the sniffles and ive also been catching up with my other favorite blogs. my theory on why i am even sick (which never happens) is the fact that i had to wear a little dress for my sisters sweet sixteen in freezing cold weather.

it was horrible at first because it was cold and i was having a bad hair weekend, but i'll let you judge of that:

not all its craked up to be in connecticut. when ppl think of CT, they think of snooty stuck up ppl with a lot of money. otherz might say "where the heck iz connecticut" "and why is it spelled so stupid" lol (thats what i wud say if i didnt live here=) the answers are -its right near new york and new jersey and i have no clu why its spelled that way.

and yea, most places in CT are like that. but the places ppl dont here abt is where im from; where everybody is broke but claims to be ballin and the minorities are the majority.

these places consist of norwalk, bridgeport, new haven/east haven and any other haven you can think of, along with stratford. the places where ppl die every week. where schools are poor and kids say (ignorant issh.) for example, i was eating lunch with my twin and her boyfriend (and one of my ring dance prospects which shall remain nameless lol) when she (ashli) decided to get lunch. now it was bad enough we had to eat LAST lunchwave (@ 12:40) but then she came back with this:

she says, "the lunch lady said there was no more bunz and gave me this. =[ " it was so funny i had to take a picture. notice how much i take pictuers of food. (they hate it) but anyway i told her i wuda thru that bak at her and walked away lol. for the ppl who dont know; that is the bread we eat WHOLE sandwhiches with!

in the end she just cut up the hot dog and ate it with a fork and was saddly still hungry. i felt for her. so the next time someone tells you abt connecticut (pronounced conneticut), i want u to think abt this picture and get bak to me lol

i went to red lobster with my mom on sunday and this was the couple i seen while waiting for tables. i figured they were so cute together so i had to take a pic. thats the kinda love i want to have wen i get old. these dayz ppl arent in it for the long run. but these two look like they been in love for the longest!

but enough with the sappy stuff; we took our seats and i think this time i receivedw the best service i ever got in red lobster. the lady was fast and everything was good. [ u ever notice the music playing at retaurants sometimes?] i did. it was so peaceful. so i sat bak, relaxed and enjoyed the best strawberry smoothie a person cud drink (besides the onez my bestie makes lol.)

first off let me just say happy valentines day to every one. i sure am enjoying mine. unfortunately my (i guess u cud say significant other) is working sooooo my v-day doesnt start til later. [i will give a sexy update later]

but now that im am officially on my winter vaca i will be getting into the habit of blogging more.

(off topic and so random) yesterday or mabey two dayz ago, me and gazpacho [bestie banessa, mavis, vanito, vonny boom boom, or just vanessa]hung out and i decided to wash my hair. for ppl that have never seen me b4 need to know that i have A LOT of hair. so i hope that explains the following pictures a lil bit. WARNING: plz do not be alarmed by the following. may cause teary eyez, plus continuos and obnoxious laughter.

lol that was nice. now if ur wondering what all that was about, i'll reassure that it was just all the tangled hair that i combed out after my wash. as i was taking it out of the brush i thought, "hey, why not think of everything i can do with a ball of hair." yea, thats what iil do for the fifteen minutes or so. and thats how i spend most of my days.

excuse the title - i really been on my music grind lately so sue me for havin a couple songz "stuck in the craw."

Sorry i been off for a couple dayz but i just had to pick up some pieces and get A WHOLE bunch of rest....i should be resting now cuz i gotta couple planz but i decided entertaining you is more important =D.

ok so today was a hassel because midterms ARE FINALLY OVER!!!! WOOOOOOO. But after being tired for A WHILE, you kinda cant go to sleep anymore. so i decided to play in the snow a little bit while i had some time. ......well i didnt really have time at first, but anyway, here's the first pic i took at the library:

which was followed by "hurry up! im late for work!" says my mother lol. so once i got home and she left, i went back outside to finish my winter inspired shoot. if some are wondering why i do little kid thingz like this, its because im alwayz alone. i am an only child so since a little grl, i have alwayz found wayz to entertain myself.
